Pike13 Sign in Instructions
The Pike13 registration & payment system gives residents access to sign up for classes and/or activities that are being run by the Two Rivers HOA and/or Two Rivers HOA Committees. To sign up for classes or activities you must first create an account via Pike13.
PIKE13 Create an account: Visit

Click sign up at the top of the page and type in the email address you would like to be associated with the account.
Select who you want to sign up and create an account for that person. Pike13 will provide you with three different options for selection: self, child or other household members. If you are signing only yourself up, fill out the registration form.
Tip: Be sure to select the correct HOA in which you are a part of, All Ages (Hamlet) or 55+ (Villages.)
Once submitted you will receive an email from Pike13 with instructions on how to finish setting up your account.
If you are signing up others in your household, (another dependent or child) fill out the registration form for yourself and any child or household member you would like to be on the account.
Tip: Be sure to select the correct HOA in which you are a part of, All Ages (Hamlet) or 55+ (Villages.) Once submitted you will receive an email from Pike13 with instructions on how to finish setting up your account.

Winter Weather Snow Removal Reminders
Dear Two Rivers Homeowner(s),
Please note the below reminders regarding the snow removal criteria for the Two Rivers Master Association Inc.
The Associations common roadways will be addressed when at least two (2") inches of snow has accumulated. The contractor for the HOA will plow in an effort to keep up with accumulating snow during the snow event and ice melt applications will be applied when conditions warrant.
The initial plowing during the weather event is for the common area roadways to make them passable. Snow removal and/or treatment of the common area sidewalks will take place once roadways are addressed.
This does NOT mean "bare pavement" conditions while there is an active weather event.
After the storm, has ended, HOA common area roadways and sidewalks will be plowed/cleared/ treated as necessary to work on bare pavement conditions (conditions in which 75% or more of the road surface shows within 24 to 48 hours after the weather event has ended) and any additional treatment will be applied such as ice melt/sand.
Please allow the Association enough time during and after the snow/ice event to clear the roads and common area sidewalks including sidewalks areas to mailboxes before attempting to walk on the sidewalks. Response may take 24 to 48-hour time period from the end of the weather event.
VILLAGE PARCELS (AGE RESTRICTED) Homes located within the
Village parcels will have the sidewalk areas that abut the homes cleared/treated by the HOA as part of their assessment. It is the Village owner's responsibility to shovel/treating your individual driveway which includes the driveway, driveway apron and lead walk to your home.
HAMLET OWNERS Once the snow event ends Hamlet owners must clear the
sidewalks abutting their lot. Sidewalk areas that abut homes located within the Hamlet parcels are the responsibility of the Hamlet owner to shovel/clear/treat. This is not a service provided by the HOA or included in the Hamlet assessment. Each owner within the Hamlets are responsible for shoveling/treating sidewalks that abut your lot, your individual driveway, driveway apron and lead walk to your home.

How do I get a large, yellow recycling cart with wheels and a lid?
If you have not already received a new 65-gallon recycling cart and would like to receive one, please call Customer Service 410-222-6100, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Carts are delivered to the residence by County personnel. Carts are not available for pickup at our facilities.
